Eagle Construction Day! – Feb 21, 2023

Today the whole CBTownside crew visited the folks at Eagle Construction.  They were kind enough to provide breakfast treats and show us around their office and model home at Givens Farm. Essentially they have a handful of residential communities in the works now here in the NRV. The Givens Farm neighborhood (their first) still has a few building lots available, but is essentially nearing completion. Their latest projects include Midtown Townhomes and Condos in downtown Blacksburg, The Meadows in the Christiansburg area and The Preserve  on Prices Fork Rd (right outside the Blacksburg Town Limits). Pricing varies considerably, but Eagle Construction builds a very desirable, high quality home (starting approx in the upper $400s) with all the bells and whistles and they embrace the Realtor community!
